Apple has yet to confirm what device it will unveil next, but various reports have already indicated that the tech giant will launch the iPad Pro in the coming months.

A report posted on ValueWalk.com said the new iPad Pro is likely to be revealed this June during Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC).

The event is usually intended to familiarize developers with Apple's latest iOS version and to announce upcoming software upgrades.

However, the WWDC is seen to be opportune time for Apple to launch the newest iteration of its tablet.

Another exciting news for Apple fans is the possibility of the iPad pro having a split screen viewing mode.

ValueWalk.com also reported that the split screen viewing option, which as long been proposed for Apple's tablets, will allow user to use applications simultaneously.

This option is quite similar to the Windows Snap Screen functionality featured in the Xbox One video game console, as well as Microsoft's Windows 8 operating system.

Other online reports indicate that Apple will release in June two versions of the iPad Pro with different screen sizes. These new devices are reportedly codenamed "J 98" and "J 99."

A source from within the tech giant also reportedly revealed that the new iPad Pro will come with a "pressure-sensitive stylus"—something that has never seen with an Apple device before.

Aside from these, the iPad Pro will also supposedly feature Force Touch on its screens. These means that the iPad Pro's screens will have more sensors to enable the smartphone to detect how hard a user is pressing the screen.

The iPad Pro is also rumored to have an NFC technology feature, which will allow the tablet to be utilized as a terminal for processing payments made through Apple Pay.
