Latest reports claimed that Naya Rivera is coming back for the sixth and final season of "Glee". Does this mean that she has made up with co-star Lea Michele?

Contrary to earlier reports, Naya Rivera is indeed coming back to the series. However, she will not come back as a series regular next season but as a guest star. It is still unconfirmed how many episodes she will be in.

According to IBT citing TV Line, Rivera requested the producers to shorten her role in the final season. However, Rivera has yet to confirm the news of her return.

It was reported that Rivera had a rift with her co-star Lea Michele that led to the producers' decision to fire her. Apparently, Rivera went to the producers to complain about Michele's behavior.

"Lea didn't even know that Naya complained, if that did in fact happen. She (Naya) showed up to the set in really bad shape — she's been acting more and more erratically on set. She went off on one of the producers on the show and they got really upset with her and it escalated from there," a source told Hollywood Life.

The incident happened during the time Rivera was going through break-up issues with Big Sean, which may have affected her working relationships.

"Naya's been showing up, clashing with a few cast mates, and [her] behavior's been a little erratic and unpredictable. This time around, she's trying to pin it on Lea. It makes no sense, especially since the two girls were on the set together, but they weren't actually working [on a scene] together," the source added.

However, Michele denied all the rumors and said that she and Rivera were fine.

"Glee" season 6 will be back on air in the spring of 2015.
