The next episode of "The Vampire Diaries" season 7 will finally see vampire huntress Rayna's reign of terror in Mystic Falls. Titled "This Woman's Work," the upcoming episode of the supernatural drama will show the strength of Stefan's pursuer.

Rayna has waited a long time to eliminate Stefan, and she has trained for it, too. Now that she is closer to slaying the younger Salvatore brother, who wronged her in a way he does not have an idea about, Rayna is prepared to kill everyone that would come in her way just to get to him.

The promo for "The Vampire Diaries" season 7 teases Rayna and Damon's paths crossing. Damon can be heard saying "You look a lot like my girlfriend" before they engaged into an intense battle.

Leslie-Anne Huff, who plays the role of Rayna, bears a striking resemblance to Nina Dobrev, who played the role of Elena. It remains to be seen if this will be brought into play in the future.

There are rumors that Rayna will be around for a while in "The Vampire Diaries" season 7. Her intention in coming for Stefan is believed to be about the Phoenix Stone and a certain sword associated with it. There's also word that she is responsible for Stefan and the rest of the gang's future dilemmas.

But Rayna is not the only one who has Stefan's attention. The vampire has a lot going on at the moment, including Damon's downward spiral for starters.

Damon is getting worse, and this has led to a confrontation with Rayna, which ultimately made everyone around him a target for the huntress. But Enzo also had something to do with it, according to the synopsis for next week's "The Vampire Diaries" season 7 episode.

Stefan will also be dealing with Caroline, whose life is in danger following complications in her pregnancy.

"The Vampire Diaries" season 7, episode 13 "This Woman's Work" airs Feb. 19 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
