Game Stop has posted its ads for the highly anticipated first paid expansion pack for the latest installment in the "Star Wars" franchise. According to the details, "Outer Rim"will be ready to download at 9 a.m. Central Time. This is for those who want to order the content as they are released. For season pass holders, this will be coming automatically, with no extra charge.

The "Star Wars: Battlefront - Outer Rim" DLC contains two multiplayer maps in the factories of Sullust and another two in Jabba the Hutt's citadel on planet Tatooine, for a total of four maps. A new game mode is also going to be introduced. Called Extraction, this requires Rebel players to extract a precious cargo and bring it back to their transport ship. On the other hand, players playing for the Empire need to stop the rebels from getting into their extraction point.

"Star Wars: Battlefront - Outer Rim" DLC will provide hours of fun for those who really enjoy multiplayer games. However, those who prefer the story mode kind of game will have to do with the older "Star Wars" titles.

For future DLC, EA, the game publisher, plans to release "Bespin" for summer, "Death Star" for fall and the last untitled one for 2017, and are all geared for multiplayer gaming.
