Scottish Christian rock band Royal Foundlings will be hitting the stage at this year's GO mission festival.
They will be leading worship for the Youth Zone programme at GO2013 taking place over the May Bank Holiday weekend.
The band have gained a strong following in the UK and beyond since the release of their 2011 debut album, Foundations, and have supported Leeland on stage.
"The GO Festival is one of the most exciting things we have ever been involved in," explains Dave Brackenridge, lead singer of the band.
"We think of ourselves as missionaries who use music to reach people all over the world. The opportunity to be involved in something that excites and equips young people to be involved in mission work around the world is much bigger than any individual concert could ever be.
"Our prayer is that young people would encounter the love of God over the course of the event, and that many hearts would be moved to heal the broken world we live in through the power of the Gospel."
Matt McNulty of WEC is organising the youth programme at GO2013.
He said,"We are really excited that the Royal Foundlings will be with us all weekend in the Youth Zone. It is brilliant the way they are willing to serve, including leading worship for us and getting fully involved in our programme."
GO2013 promises a packed programme with speakers including missionary to Hong Kong, Jackie Pullinger and the Message Trust's Andy Hawthorne.
