Nicki Minaj is in hot water after the release of her latest explicit video, "Only."

The animated video features red, black, and white banners with the initials "NM," styled to resemble swastikas, and the rapper as a leader of an ominous army.

"Only" was released on Friday, and also features an animated Chris Brown as a military officer, Drake as a priest, and Lil Wayne as a businessman in a boardroom. There are also military tanks, atomic bombs exploding, and missiles dropping in the World War II-themed video.

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) condemned the controversial visuals.

"Nicki Minaj's new video disturbingly evokes Third Reich propaganda and constitutes a new low for pop culture's exploitation of Nazi symbolism," ADL National Director and Holocaust survivor Abraham H. Foxman told FOX411.

"The irony should be lost on no one that this video debuted on the 76th anniversary of Kristallnacht, the 'Night of Broken Glass' pogrom that signalled the beginning of the Final Solution and the Holocaust.

"This video it is insensitive to Holocaust survivors and a trivialisation of the history of that era," he continued. "This imagery is deeply disturbing and offensive to Jews and all those who recall the sacrifices Americans and many others had to pay as a result of the Nazi juggernaut."

Twitter users also criticised the rapper's choice of inspiration for "Only."

"Where is this coming from @NICKIMINAJ!!? Why would you base your new video "Only" off of Nazi Germany?" one person asked, adding the hashtag "#thatsnotart."

"Totally disgusted by Nicki Minaj!" another person wrote. "Making fashion from swastikas in her music video is disturbing! People died due to the Nazi regime!"

Drake was also criticised for associating with the video because he has a Jewish parent.

"@Drake I don't get how you're Jewish participating in a video that is clearly mimicking Nazi propaganda like are you dumb or do u not care?" one Tweeter asked.

Minaj changed her Twitter avatar to the single cover for "Only," and has not yet responded to the outcry.
