Jennifer Hay is one of the Princess' oldest childhood pals. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, she recently confirmed to Australian New Day magazine that Middleton is indeed pregnant with her second child. Middleton reportedly gave her friend permission to tell the Australian press about her pregnancy, since she was the unofficial spokesperson in Middleton's first pregnancy.

Middleton reportedly woke up feeling sick on morning in July, an unusual feeling in her pregnancy. Middleton thought it was the same morning sickness, but unfortunately, it wasn't.

Middleton's doctor was summoned to the Royal Palace. Upon checking on the Duchess of Cambridge, the doctor said she was suffering from a miscarriage already. Middleton was put on bed rest for four days. And since the supposed incident, Middleton has been seen in public fulfilling her royal duties. The news exploded when GLOBE Magazine published the report on its cover of the August 4^th print edition.
