It is confirmed that Lex Luthor will return as one of the big bads in the upcoming film "Justice League Part One."

According to Digital Spy, actor Jesse Eisenberg confirmed the news at the recent MCM London Comic-Con. However, the actor did not specifically confirm the reprise, only hinting that, "They just started filming 'Justice League,' so I'm kind of like waiting for my crack at it."

In addition, the actor admitted that he is not allowed even to neither confirm nor deny details of the movie without clearing it first with the higher-ups.

"I don't know what I'm allowed to say, because I feel like there's probably some drone following me from DC, and if I say anything wrong I get, you know, picked off. But yeah I think so, and I love it, and I love everybody who's in it. You know, it's a really talented group of people."

Meanwhile, it seems that the "Justice League Part One" has been rushed in production with some changes, as the studios needed to shift following feedback on the "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" movie. The latter film features three of the franchise's superheroes – Superman, Batman, and Wonderwoman.

While the movie has been popular, hardcore fans did not appreciate the myriad plot holes in the film. However, all the questions raised by the movie are expected to be answered when the "Justice League" movie rolls out. Speaking about the issue, Jeremy Irons, who played Bruce Wayne's butler Alfred Pennyworth, stated, "It was very muddled. I think the next one will be simpler. The script is certainly a lot smaller, it's more linear."

The entire "Justice League" adaptation is split into two adaptations, with "Part One" coming out on Nov. 17, 2017. Meanwhile, "Justice League Part Two" is expected to release on June 14, 2019.
