A filmmaking course article in Variety made an offhanded remark about a fifth installment of "Indiana Jones" being Janusz Kaminski's next project.  It indicated that the adventurer will be hitting theaters again.  The article was eventually removed by the site and tagged it as a piece of an 'incorrect information.'

Janusz Kaminski has worked alongside the "Indiana Jones" franchise director, Steven Spielberg, and was the director for photography for the 2008 film "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull."

Whether it was a slip or a piece of top secret information revealed too early, one cannot tell.  Still, fans yearn to see the archaeologist in action in his iconic fedora, especially after Disney acquired the rights for the films in December last year.

Ford is now 72 years-old and has been injured during the production of the film.  It is not a shock, therefore, that Disney, with plans of committing to a long-term engagement for the franchise, is said to be looking into more options.

Rumors about the film's production spread across the Internet. Stories about a recast for the film are surfacing, and Robert Pattinson and Bradley Cooper are said to be the top picks to reprise the famous role, which the two eventually denied. Recently, Chris Pratt has been added to the list.

On the other hand, there are some buzzes that Harrison Ford is very interested in taking the whip again after six years to continue the adventures. Along with that rumor is that Disney plans to make two more films for the franchise, with Ford reprising his role to score his definite involvement with "Star Wars: Episode VII."

Ford is very open to the idea of a new "Indiana Jones" film once George Lucas manages to spawn "an idea, and if it comes to a fruitful stage, all of us are very interested in making another."
