The next episode of "Hawaii Five-0" won't be airing next week and instead has been pushed back several days to undergo a quick two-week hiatus. The series will return on Dec. 11 after the short break with episode 10, titled "Ka Makau Ka Kaua." At this point no official English transaltion has been posted.

Because the episode has been pushed back with a two-week hiatus in between air dates, no official synopsis for the episode has yet been posted by CBS or on IMDB. However, given how the previous episode saw the Five-0 team go undercover within a school, it is likely that the next episode will follow up with a plot that is equally, if not more, engaging.

The details that are posted on IMDB reveal that one of the key writers for the episode is none other than Alex Kurtzman. Kurtzman is notable for writing the 2009 "Star Trek" reboot film as well as its sequel "Star Trek Into Darkness." Kurtzman is also credited for working on the script for the rebooted "Amazing Spider-Man" film as well as Michael Bay's "Transformers."

However, this is a given since Kurtzman is one of the main producers of "Hawaii Five-0" and is credited as executive producer for 39 episodes and counting. The other writer credited for episode 10 is Peter M. Lenkov.

Lenkov has written well over 80 episodes for the series and is also credited for penning several big screen feature films such as "RIPD" and "Demolition Man." He is also credited for "CSI: NY."

With almost two weeks in between episode 9 and 10, it is likely that the official synopsis will be posted either on IMDB or on the official "Hawaii Five-0" website a few days prior to its official air date. No list of guest or recurring stars has been posted as of the time being.

"Hawaii Five-0" season 6 episode 10 "Ka Makau Ka Kaua" airs this Dec. 11.
