'Hannibal' season 3 spoilers and cast news: Francis Dolarhyde leading new season?

The forthcoming run of psychological thriller-horror television series "Hannibal" will be based on the book "Red Dragon." Bearing this in mind, fans are going to see more of Francis Dolarhyde, otherwise known as the Tooth Fairy.

"Hannibal" is said to depend on the bodybuilding serial killer, which makes him a vital presence in the newest of "Hannibal's" macabre setting. More to the point, Richard Armitage's casting as the Tooth Fairy should already imply that his character is going to be of great importance in the series.

The selection of the actor may hint that he will be seen quite frequently in Hannibal's crazy world. However, there's no telling as to how "Hannibal" will bring the character from paper to the small screen. It also remains to be seen how the show will bring him in — may it be via blunt and abrupt exhibitions of sinister motives or a slow, steady quest to becoming a killing machine.

However it will be done, it is almost a guarantee that the suspense will be heightened, not that the series isn't already spine-chilling. With Hannibal alone, the thrill is at its highest. Moreover, it will be fun (or a thousand times bloodcurdling) to see another character challenge the killer psychologist's ownership to the title of maddest serial killer.

Meanwhile, Hannibal will be in for some major trouble if the rumors about Bedelia Du Maurier being an FBI agent are accurate. Apparently, despite the psychiatrist's efforts to mentor Hannibal, she never looked at him as a friend and it seems that she has motives against him that have yet to be revealed. Will these secrets be uncovered soon?

Only season 3 will be able to provide the answers. Prepare for more madness because come June 4, there will be plenty of those in "Hannibal."
