The sixth season of "Glee" will feature the rivalry between Rachel Berry and Blaine Anderson.

Fox revealed some major spoilers for the final season of TV musical "Glee". According to the official synopsis of the series, Rachel Berry comes back to Ohio after failing to be a TV actress and she rebuilds New Directions, the glee club at her alma mater McKinley High. Lea Michele will be part of the regular cast.

Meanwhile, her co-star Darren Criss, who plays the role of Blaine Anderson, will also be part of the regular cast and will be back as the head of the Warblers. It seemed that the New Directions and Warblers will renew their rivalry in "Glee's" final season.

Rachel will face a challenge when she gets back to her alma mater. She learned that the Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) banished all forms of arts at McKinley High. However, Rachel will bravely "reinstate" the glee club.

Joining the ranks of the series regulars are Kurt (Chris Colfer), Sam Evans (Chord Overstreet) and Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison) who will be back in Ohio and will find new gigs in town. Meanwhile, Heather Morris (Brittany), Dianna Agron (Quinn), Matthew Morrison (Will), Amber Riley (Mercedes), Mark Salling (Puck), Jenna Ushkowitz (Tina), and Naya Rivera (Santana) will appear in some of the episodes as guest stars.

New characters were also reported to join the cast. According to TV Line, five new characters will be added to the season's line up although no official announcement has been made yet. The new cast consists of Roderick, Spencer, Jane, Mason and Madison.

The sixth and final season of Fox's series was reportedly to be a reunion of the cast and stars that graced the series. Show creator Ryan Murphy said that the final season is open for all that have been part of the show.

"Glee" season 6 will be back on air in the spring of 2015.
