"Dragon Age: Inquisition" will receive a brand new patch next month. BioWare exec Mark Darrah updated "Dragon Age" fans about the status of the new update dubbed as "Black Emporium." 

Darrah told a fan who was clamoring for the release of the action role-playing game's fifth patch that "Black Emporium" should be ready to be rolled out in May. It is currently in the beta testing phase under several PC users who were selected from a list of registrants for Bioware's patch 5 testing program. 

The "Black Emporium" DLC was first introduced in "Dragon Age II." During its launch, it allowed a character named Hawke to provide a mabari to all players, but there is no information yet whether the players of "Dragon Age: Inquisition" will also receive the same. 

However, the new patch will reportedly offer the access to party storage. This can be accessed at the Undercroft in Skyhold. Aside from that, an added item tinter will also be included in the new patch. This will allow players to improve the color of their armors. 

The "Black Emporium" DLC is expected to be released to the public for free. It will also come with the "Jaws of Hakkon" DLC, which can only be downloaded for a fee, expected to be around $15 and up. "Jaws of Hakkon" is said to be a good companion for those who have already finished the major adventure of the game. 

Aside from the upcoming "Black Emporium" DLC, "Dragon Age" creative director Mike Laidlaw shared that they are working on another DLC that will include a story-based expansion.

"Dragon Age: Inquisition" was first launched in November 2014 on PC, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4, Xbox One as well as the Xbox 360.
