A lot of fans are waiting for the new, Messenger-like application from Google, the Google Allo to be released. However, it seems that the release of this Android-based mobile application is going to be sooner than expected. After all some sources report that the app has been spotted in Google Play, the company' online mobile store.

MNR Daily reports that this tech giant's upcoming messenger app has been sighted on Google Play, specifically in the New and Updated Apps section, which most fans believe as a sign that this application is bound to be launched sometime very soon. However, with the lack of official statements from Google, these sightings can only be dismissed as rumors until this company gives official announcements about the Google Allo's current status.

Google Allo, for those out of the loop, is an upcoming Google messenger app, marketed as a smart messaging application that comes packed with a lot of different features that may not be present with the current leading applications for messaging such as the Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.

PC Advisor says that the software's most note-worthy features is its Smart Reply, which allows users to select from the several possible responses to any message they receive. It is interesting to note that the application has the capabilities to understand a message's context in order to give the appropriate responses. Also, another noteworthy feature is its voice messaging capabilities similar to that of WhatsApp.

The Google Allo has the Expressions feature, which are essentially emojis and stickers that take it to the next level when used in chat. Furthermore, Allo has a feature that facilitates "private" conversations with its incognito mode, offering an end-to-end encryption as well as expiring chats and private notifications to keep other people from looking at a user's messages.

However, this app is yet to be updated, so fans should just stay tuned for more updates.
