Microsoft is continuously updating its system and many fans are happy about it. Just recently, Xbox released an updated list of games that will be backwards compatible for its latest console, the Xbox One. In order to accommodate more Xbox 360 games, the tech giant has started rolling out updates to Xbox preview program members. Eventually, everybody will be receiving it.

The new games playable on the Xbox One are "The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings," "Sam & Max Save the World," "Aegis Wing," "Counter-Strike: GO," "Age of Booty," "Space Giraffe," "Soulcalibur, "Skullgirls," "Jeremy McGrath's Offroad," "Small Arms," "Geometry Wars Evolved," and "Sacred 3," according to N4BB. A full list of backwards-compatible games is also included on the report, as of March 7.

Simultaneously, Microsoft is also updating the Xbox One with a new build, which will fix several issues as well as include additional features. The said update will also make backwards-compatible Xbox 360 titles to be easily discoverable and ready for direct download from the Store.

Mike Ybarra, Microsoft's partner director of program management, initially announced the update via a tweet.

The fixes are for the following:

• Video applications makes the screen go green
• Screen goes green while watching movies
• Black screen issues during gaming, app use or even during simple navigation of the dashboard
• Random screen flickering

For Xbox preview members, the new Xbox One operating system should have the file name th2_xb_rel_1603.160304-1900, as Windows Central reported.

A lot of Xbox One players will be delighted with the implementation of the new system. First, the compatibility mode will increase the number of games a player can play, and second, since old games cost less than newer ones, they will be able to reduce gaming expenses.
