UK Christian film festival heads to Manchester

The first UK National Christian Film Festival will make its next stop at the Christian Resources Exhibition North in Manchester.

Stephen Baldwin’s new film, Loving the Bad Man, will have its UK premiere at the festival, being held at Event City on 10 and 11 October.

In the film, a young Christian girl has a baby boy after being raped. She tries to give the boy a normal family life and forgives her attacker.

The family animation, Lion of Judah, will also be shown at the festival.

In addition to the movie screenings, the festival will also feature film-focused seminars.

“Manchester is a logical second stop on the UK Christian Film Festival tour,” said UKFCC Executive Director Ray Horowitz.

“It has a vibrant Church community with so many people dedicated to impacting their city with the Christian message.”
