The latest Samsung Galaxy S6 concept image has a design similar to Galaxy Alpha that sports a metal casing. 

The latest render was imagined by designer Hass T. Since the release of Samsung Galaxy Alpha, it was rumored that the South Korean tech company will let go of the cheap plastic casing and will go for a more stylish and sophisticated look by using aluminum or another strong material. This is exactly what Hass T. visualized. The designer chose a brushed titanium and aluminum surface for the casing to make it more premium-looking. 

The concept image also includes a brand new hexagonal-shaped speaker in the device located at the bottom of the phone. As for the screen display, the fictitious smartphone sports the same old Super AMOLED screen panel. The designer did not disclose the resolution, but it is rumored to be quad HD, just like what the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Note Edge have. 

Previous rumors claimed that the Galaxy S6 will come with greater specs and features than its predecessor. It was reported that consumers can expect: a 5-inch screen display with quad HD resolution; Qualcomm 20nm Snapdragon 810 chipset or octa-core Exynos 7 SoC with 64-bit architecture; 4 GB of RAM; Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system; 32 GB and 64 GB storage variants with microSD slot for additional storage; 16-megapixel rear camera; 3.1-megapixel front-facing camera; and longer battery life. 

Meanwhile, the handset is said to be release soon as the smartphone was allegedly already sent to India for testing. This is according to import/export tracking website Zauba wherein the smartphone appeared with its model number SM-G920F. However, the details of the smartphone have not been revealed and analyzed. 

Some reports claim that the forthcoming Samsung Galaxy S6 will be announced at the 2015 Consumers Electronics Show in January, while others insist that the company will follow its usual timeline and launch the handset ahead of the Mobile World Congress in March.  To be certain, Samsung fans will have to wait for an official announcement from the South Korean company.
