Real Housewives of Atlanta's Phaedra Parks is believing in God for the victory after difficult split from Apollo Nida
Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks just keeps looking forward and never back after what has been a challenging year.
She was at the City of Refuge church in San Pedro twice on Sunday as part of the promotional tour for her new book "Secrets of the Southern Belle".
The church is led by senior pastor Bishop Noel Jones and Parks looked radiant in an elegant patterned dress as she posed alongside him for photos.
One picture showed a long line of women waiting to get their copies of "Southern Belle" signed by Parks.
She captioned the picture: "Loving the #CityofRefuge! @BishopNoelLJones preached a powerful word this morning! Excited to be in second service."
Ahead of her appearance at the church, she shared the verse 1 Corinthians 15.57 with her 709,000 Twitter followers.
The RHOA star continues to stay positive after revealing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in October that she was divorcing her husband Apollo Nida after nearly five years of marriage. Parks' gift hamper to DeGeneres included a copy of her book and a FixItJesus T-shirt.
She and Nida have two children together, and the split comes after Nida was sent down for mail, bank and wire fraud. He is several months into an eight-year prison sentence.
