After taking a break from her engagements during the crucial stage of her second pregnancy, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, showed no signs of Hyperemesis Gravidarum (severe morning sickness) this week as she attended to her royal duties once again.
Kate finally braved the outside world after being confined within the Kensington Palace and their Bucklebury Mansion. A close friend of the family revealed that the Duchess is slowly rising up from her worrying condition.
"She was her smiling, bubbly self. You would never have guessed she's been ill," the source stated via Perez Hilton's website. "It is not right to say that she is absolutely fine. She is still feeling some of the effects of HG. But she is definitely recovering."
Undoubtedly, her first appearance since the confirmation of her second pregnancy did not fail to wow. On Oct. 21, Kate Middleton was a stunner in her Alexander McQueen coat dress for her rendezvous with the President of the Republic of Singapore at the Royal Garden Hotel in London.
Meanwhile, on her Tuesday commitment, the royal mom turned up with extra dazzle and glamour. In her baby blue Jenny Packham gown, Kate graced the Wildlife Photographer of the Year awards at the Natural History Museum. Racked.com even remarked Kate "giving off the ever-so-slight Princess Diana vibes." Nevertheless, Prince George's lovely mommy was surely an elegant head turner.
The duchess can now be expected to grace another event or two. However in the midst of her busy schedule, Celebrity Laundry revealed the mom-to-be's (once more) dilemma in naming Prince's George younger sibling, who some speculate is a girl.
Queen Elizabeth allegedly has her hopes on calling the new princess Margaret after her late sister, while the proud daddy is said to want his daughter named after his late mother, Diana.
The public can certainly continue to make guesses and predictions on the gender and name of the baby, but what the Palace has confirmed is that the youngest royal will be born in April 2015.
