Viewers can expect an extremely unconventional reality show when Oxygen's "Preachers of Atlanta" hit their television screens in February next year. The new show is set to follow five Georgia ministers as they tackle community issues through stimulating dialogues.

Le'Andria Johnson, an award-winning gospel singer, is the most recent one to join the show. According to Christian News, her unique ways of preaching will bring a whole new perspective to the franchise. The Grammy winner has reportedly made headlines back in 2013, when a controversial video of her at work made rounds on the Web. In the clip, Johnson could be seen talking to a homeless man and offering him a cigarette. She later lit one for herself as well.

In a preview for the reality series, the gospel singer explained her unusual way of sharing the words of God. She has previously said that she's all for meeting people where they are, as she has realized that most would not go to church looking for salvation.

"I take it to the streets. I pass out cigarettes and condoms. I do all of that, but at the end of the day, when God tells me to do something, I do it," she said.

Aside from Johnson, other ministers included in the lineup will also add their own flavor to the show. ET Online reports that Corey Hambrick is both a pastor and a police officer while Canton Jones is a rapper, songwriter, and producer, a so-called "media triple threat." Kimberly Jones-Pothier sports a rocker hairdo while wearing a tutu and Judah Swilley is a fifth-generation preacher who just launched a new church.

Rod Aissa, executive vice president of original programming and development at Oxygen Media, said in a previous statement that the show would be featuring "a young, vibrant group of pastors who are pushing the envelope and tackle real-world issues."

"The series showcases a new generation of preachers who, through their nontraditional approaches, are unapologetic in their ministry and unafraid to break down boundaries in an effort to drive positive change," Aissa said.

"Preachers of Atlanta" will premiere on Wednesday, Feb. 3, at 10 p.m. EST on Oxygen.
