What the Surface Pro 4 would look like.

Software giant Microsoft is likely to release its top-of-the-line tablet, the Surface Pro 4, in July.

Althought nothing has yet to be confirmed, the International Business Times reported that the Microsoft Surface Pro 4's release date is believed to be mid-2015, along with its most-advanced operating system, the Windows
10.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is seen to rival and outperform Apple's upcoming iPad Pro and new MacBook. The high-end tablet is rumored to have to variants—one with a 12-inch display and a 14-inch screen—sporting a 2K resolution screen at 2,160 x 1,440 pixel-resolution.

An online report on Design & Trend meanwhile stated that the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 will likely feature Intel's Core M Broadwell CPU, similar to Apple's new Macbook.

Microsoft's upcoming tablet is also rumored to run on an Intel Core-i5 and Core-i7 processor, and will come with matching keyboards and a stylus pen just like its predecessor, the Microsoft Surface Pro 3.

As for its memory, the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 will almost certainly have a 64GB storage capacity similar to the Surface Pro 3. It is also likely to have 128GB, 256GB and 500GB storage options.

A recent report posted on TechRadar.com said the Microsoft Surface Pro "will be the first fanless tablet to launch with Intel's Broadwell chip."

Experts meanwhile expect the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 to cost between $1,200 and $2,000.
