YMCMB rapper Tyga and reality star Kylie Jenner were spotted giving back to the Los Angeles community on Wednesday.

The friends served meals to those less fortunate at the Los Angeles Mission's Annual Thanksgiving for the Homeless event, and fuelled dating rumours in the process.

Jenner, 17, served yams and green beans at a food station next to Tyga, 25, and the pair appeared to be enjoying each other's company. The pair were also seen at former "American Idol" star Adam Lambert's Halloween party last month.

Jenner was previously linked to Jaden Smith, son of Will and Jada, but announced that she is single at a recent launch event for her weave line, Kylie Hair Kouture. Momager Kris Jenner also confirmed that Kylie is single.

"Kylie isn't dating anybody," she reported. "Tyga is part of this whole little group of kids who have been around forever - and I call them kids because relatively speaking, they kind of all travel as a pack and they enjoy each other's company."

Other celebrities serving at the Los Angeles Mission on Wednesday included actor and comedian George Lopez, actresses Sara Rue and Mircea Monroe, Mel Gibson's ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, and showbiz couple Patricia Heaton and David Hunt, with two of their children.

The Los Angeles Mission is a charitable organisation that provides food, clothing, shelter, literacy and education training, as well as Christian discipleship programmes to address abuse and addiction. The Mission has served men, women, and children in the L.A. area since 1936, and is one of the largest homeless services providers in the country.

The non-profit's Christmas Eve Street Event will be held on Wednesday, December 24th. Those interested in volunteering must register for and attend an orientation on December 6. More information can be found on the organization's website.
