Pregnant Jessa Duggar from 19 Kids and Counting has just shared her first baby bump photo at 16 weeks, which she took in the Duggar girls' newly-decorated bedroom and posted to her Instagram account (@jessaseewald).

The photo has received over 184,000 likes, with fans commenting that Jessa is blooming during her pregnancy. "Jessa you are honestly so beautiful," someone wrote, while another one commented: "I'm convinced that it is twins."

Earlier, Jessa shared an update about her pregnancy and said that it is simply an amazing feeling to learn about her baby's development week after week.

"So awe-inspiring to read about #BabySeewald's growth from week-to-week! #16Weeks 'For You (God) formed my inward parts; You knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are Your works; my soul knows it very well.' - Psalm 139:13-14"

According to the update, Jessa's baby with her husband Ben Seewald is already 4.57 inches long and weighs 3.53 ounces. Even though their baby's size is still quite small, the baby's heart is already pumping 25 quarts of blood everyday.

At the same time, the baby is continually being active and is busy practising movements that the body has already learned to perform, so it looks like Ben and Jessa's baby will be making its presence felt quite soon.

The baby's bones are hardening as well, with its arms and legs now fully formed.

The baby's eyes remain closed too for the meantime, but the baby is already learning how to sense changes in the light through the eyelids.

During the start of her pregnancy, Jessa began developing cravings for fast food - in particular, Arby's roast beef sandwich which she washed down with a Jamocha shake. Her husband was more than happy to oblige to his wife's request and Jessa admitted in a humorous social media post that she loves using pregnancy as an excuse to indulge in her food cravings.
