Interested in a Christian education for your child?

All the values of a Christian home are reinforced here at New Life Christian School and Pre-school, where Jesus is at the centre of everything we do.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT
To realise every child's full potential within a caring, Christian environment.

OUR MOTTO
Love Jesus, Love Others, Love Learning.

OUR CORE AIMS AND VALUES
• Encourage pupils through the rewarding of positive attitude, sustained effort, improvement and initiative
• Foster qualities of compassion, integrity, kindness and respect for others
• Guide children in their personal relationship with God, their place in the Body of Christ and in society
• Promote a love for learning and academic excellence in all areas of the curriculum and beyond the curriculum
• Recognise the significance of each child's spiritual, moral, social and character development

THE CURRICULUM
The curriculum is designed to be broad and balanced with emphasis on Literacy, Numeracy, Science and Information Technology. The Foundation Stage profiles are used for ages 3 to 4. The National Curriculum is followed closely in Key Stage 1 and 2, although the expectation is for our pupils to exceed its requirements. Indeed, examination results for Key Stage tests (administered within the school) and our record of success in secondary school 11+ tests and independent school entrance examinations is excellent.

EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Includes clubs for:
Art, Board Games, Dance, Football, Guitar, Spanish, Drama, Verbal Reasoning (All clubs are offered at subsidised rates)

Every child in our school is offered broad opportunities to discover his/her strengths whether they are academic, sporting, creative or social. We aim to ensure that every child experiences success and this supports our mission statement, "to realise every child's potential within a caring Christian environment."

PARENTS & PAST PUPILS

Our eldest son was one of the first pupils at New Life Christian School in 1989 and we are eternally grateful for the opportunity the Lord gave us to send our children to a school with such professional and caring staff, with a strong ethos and a commitment to excellence and biblical Christian values. Our boys entered senior school as confident, well-educated and well-rounded young men. New Life Christian School stands as a beacon of light in this dark world.
Tim and Hazel Bryars (Parents of David, Jonathan and Stephen – past pupils)

We thank God for New Life Christian School and Pre-School. The school helps to reinforce and support our family's desire to live for God and our sons enjoy a first-class education in a caring, Godly environment. To us, this is priceless.
Jay and Nikki Bhatt (Parents of Samuel and Morgan – current pupils)

NLCS not only gave me a great academic start in life but a solid spiritual foundation too. The education I received was excellent and thoroughly enjoyable, enabling me to progress onto a good secondary school. Furthermore, the friends I made at the school remain my closest friends to this day.
James Beatt (past pupil – graduated with first class honours degree from Goldsmiths' college, University of London)
