There are rumors that World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) legend Hulk Hogan will be returning to the wrestling ring. While the speculations sparked interest and discussion, it was Hulk's son Nick Hogan that placed a definite word on the possibility of the Hulkster returning to the ring.

In an interview with TMZ, Nick said that his 64-year-old father can still take on the WWE challenge. TMZ also talked to Hulk's daughter Brooke Hogan a few months earlier and she said that her father is still in good shape.

Nick added that his father would love to wrestle again, provided that there is less traveling involved. He shared that traveling would be more taxing for his father than the actual wrestling matches. "He just doesn't wanna stay on the road all the time," Nick said.

There is genuine interest in the idea of Hulk returning to the ring, as WWE is gearing up for a big-name event that will feature the legends. For the 25th anniversary of "Monday Night Raw," WWE plans to bring together legendary wrestlers such as The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Ric Flair, Bret Hart, Mick Foley, and Kevin Nash.

However, there are reservations among the WWE higher-ups in bringing the Hulkster to the ring once again. There is still the notion that sponsors might not want to be associated with such a controversial figure.

Hulk was a prominent character in the early days of professional wrestling. He remained to be an important figure in wrestling circles until 2015. However, when he was heard using racial slurs on a sex tape that was leaked online, his career took a downward turn. At the height of the scandal, he was exiled from the WWE.

Hulk's last wrestling match was in Impact Wrestling in 2013. Teaming up with Sting and Bully Ray, Hulk fought against Devon, D.O.C., and Ken Anderson (formerly known as Mr. Kennedy) in a six-man tag team match.
