Fall TV Shows 2013: New Fall Television Schedule for FOX and ABC

Dozens of new television shows will be premiering this fall. The following is a list of new shows set to air on FOX and ABC in chronological order.

FOX

Sleepy Hollow
Premiere Date: Monday, Sept. 16, 2013 9/8c
American mystery-adventure drama television series considered a "modern-day retelling" of the 1820 short story "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" by Washington Irving.

Masterchef Junior
 Premiere Date: Friday, Sept. 27 9/7c
Cooking competition television series based on the format of the U.K. series of the same name. Children aged between 8 and 13 apply as contestants of the series. The winner receives a $100,000 prize.

Enlisted
Premiere Date: Friday, Nov. 8, 9/8c
A single-camera comedy with a thirteen-episode order based around three very different brothers enlisted in the army. The brothers are assigned to take care of their military base and the show follows them renewing and strengthening their childhood bonds.

Dads
Premiere Date: Tuesday, Sept 17 8/7c
Comedy starring Seth Green and Giovanni Ribisi, created by Seth MacFarlane, about two video game developers having their lives disrupted when their fathers move in with them.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine
Premiere Date: Tuesday, Sept. 17 8/7c
Comedy about a laid-back NYPD detective who is told to grow up and "respect the badge" by his strict new boss.

Almost Human
Premiere Date: Monday, Nov. 4 8/7c
Science fiction/crime drama set 35 years into the future when humans in the LAPD are paired with life-like android.

 

ABC

Trophy Wife
Premiere Date: Tuesday Sept. 24 9/8c
American situation comedy revolving around a reformed party girl who marries a guy she met at a karaoke bar. The show follows her dealing with her husband's twk ex-wives and their children.

Super Fun Night
Premiere Date: Wednesday, Oct. 2 9/8c
Comedy created by Rebel Wilson who will both star and write the series. Wilson plays Kimmie Boubier, who takes her group of three single ladies' "Friday Fun Night" to a different level.

Once Upon a Time in Wonderland
Premiere Date: Thursday, Oct. 10 8/7c
Fantasy-drama spin-off of Once Upon a Time based on the fairytale classic Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. The setting is in the same universe as Once Upon a Time in present-day Wonderland, with flashbacks to pre-Curse Wonderland.

Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Premiere Date: Tuesday, Sept. 24 8/7c
Series created by Joss Whedon based on the Marvel Comics organization S.H.I.El.D. revolving around the character Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg). Coulson puts together a small team of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents to handle strange new cases and learn to work with emerging superhumans in the world.

Lucky 7
Premiere Date: Tuesday, Sept. 24 10/9c
The one-hour series based on the British TV Show "The Syndicate." The show follows a group of seven gas station employees in New York who play the lottery every week and dream about winning. They finally win big, but the workers face new problems with their money.

The Goldbergs
Premiere Date: Tuesday, Sep. 24 9/8c
A comedy television series set in the 1980s that follows the Goldberg family. Based on creator Adam F. Goldberg's real family, the show documents the life of classic overprotective matriarch Beverly, her husband Murray, and three children.

Betrayal
Premiere Date: Sept. 29 10/9c
Based on the Dutch drama series Overspel, the series stars Hannah Ware as a beautiful photographer who begins an affair with a lawyer for a powerful family. The story revolves around a murder trial, which both sides are involved in from separate sides.

Back in the Game
Premiere Date: Wednesday, Sep. 25 8/7c
Comedy series starring former All-Star softball player whose career came to an end after she had a son, lost her college scholarship and got dumped by her husband. When her son gets rejected to play Little League baseball, she goes back into the sport by coaching a group of rejects.
