Duck Dynasty's Robertson family launching new Commander Life clothing range

It seems like Duck Dynasty's Robertson family is slowly invading the fashion scene, since Duck Commander recently signed on to two new clothing lines with 81Eighty Promotions, the name responsible for the successful Dallas Cowboys clothing franchise.

The two clothing lines - Commander Life and Commander Gear - will cater both men and women's selections, and will be perfect for outdoor wear. Commander Life offers "timeless" garments with modern cuts and colours geared towards comfort, while Commander Gear will include more technical outdoor apparel for the active life.

The lines will be available in select retail stores come autumn of 2015.

"The Duck Commander brand has represented quality since 1972, so when it came to creating a lifestyle clothing line, we wanted to marry that comfort with that standard of excellence," Duck Commander CEO Willie Robertson said of the clothing lines.

The Robertson women also have something up their fashionable sleeves. Korie, Willie's wife, and other Duck Dynasty wives Missy and Jessica have partnered with American leather goods company Dooney and Bourke in creating the Robertson women's new bag line featuring duck camouflage bags with a special lining with the word "family" written on the inside.

The bags also have the "R" tag and are being sold both in stores and online. Korie posted several pictures of the bags on her Instagram account (@bosshogswife) and fans couldn't get enough of them. One girl said she "called 37 different Dillard's [outlets]" since she really wanted one, while others complained that they were not able to purchase the bags since they were already sold out.

Willie and Korie's daughter Sadie meanwhile ventured into her own line by partnering with fashion designer Sherri Hill and designed "Live Original" on evening gowns and dresses, which will be available for prom 2015.

Sadie said she was careful in designing gowns that are "daddy-approved," and she modelled the "Live Original" line herself during New York Fashion Week 2014.
