Whenever people say "YOLO," meaning you only live once, they appear cool and carefree, but 19 Kids and Counting star Ben Seewald said that people are forgetting something very important when they try to embrace that phrase.

In his Instagram account (@ben_seewald), Seewald posted a completely black picture and gave his opinion on what "YOLO" stands for.

"Let me remind us: It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: (Hebrews 9:27b). That's the part people try to deny or forget about. But all the denial and forgetfulness won't change the fact," he wrote.

The husband of Jessa Duggar believes that people should take their lives seriously and live for God, and not throw it away with a devil may care attitude, because when people die or when the second coming of Christ is upon the world, God will judge then.

Seewald keeps reminding his followers, particularly those who believe in "YOLO", that people should constantly fear God's judgment.

He earlier said in his Facebook page: "I'd rather have all the earth judge me wrong than be on God's bad side."

"When people say 'Only God can judge me!' they don't understand the gravity of that statement," he explained. "The Holy One's judgement is the most fearful thing in existence if you stand without Christ and bear the guilt of your own sins."

His wife echoed his sentiments and shared on her Facebook page that even though people don't like having other people disapproving of their lifestyles, she will still speak a "hard truth" because God's word requires it.

"In this world, people have seared their consciences. The standard of what is 'ok' or 'permissible' in our society today, hardly reflects God's standard," said Jessa.

Because of this, when unbelieving, sinful men die and stand before God, He justly condemns them to hell, she said.

"Turn away from sin, and to Jesus Christ today! Be saved from the wrath to come," urged Jessa.
