Thursday on "The Young and the Restless," Jack arrived at his house and he went upstairs to put on a suit. In the living room, Phyllis appeared and asked Jack what he was doing home. He told her that he just wanted to look at her and they embraced. Phyllis thought that everything was going to be okay, and Jack said that he's back. Summer arrived and confronted Jack about setting up Victor and accused him of letting Kyle do his dirty work. Jack told her that she's mistaken — he's not that man. 

Meanwhile, Adam asked Marco who he really is. After he failed to give Adam some answers to prove that he's Jack, he told him that Jack Abbott is dead. Marisa entered the Club and she heard Marco telling Adam everything. Marco told him that he's Marco Anicelli, and Adam demanded to know who helped him with his con. Marco said that he acted alone and just told everyone what they wanted to hear. Adam said he'd tell everyone the truth, but Marco said he can help Adam fake his death and frame Victor for it. Adam still couldn't believe that Jack is dead, but Marco told him it's true and that he must get over it. 

Later, Jack met Marisa at the Club. She was miffed that he visited Phyllis, and he said that Summer and Phyllis seemed upset with him. Marisa told him that Marco was talking to a man named Bingham. Jack said that he needed to find out what's going on before he could reclaim his life. He asked Marisa to get some information from Jabot. 

Downstairs, Marco threatened Adam that he could hurt Chelsea and Connor again, unless he agrees to help him. Marco told him that not only would he get Victor out of the picture, but he could also get Jack's legacy and he could have Chelsea in his life. Adam finally agreed to help him. 

At Jabot, Marco showed Adam a bullet-proof vest and fake blood. He said he can force Victor to shoot him and has arranged to meet him at the park later. Marisa watched as they talked about the plan.
