According to a report from Cage Side Seats, Seth Rollins will be coming back to the WWE and is set to become a franchise heel. A "heel," in wrestling terms, is a wrestler that is being promoted as an antagonist to the other wrestlers who are promoted to the public as the good guys.

Seth Rollins had to momentarilly leave the WWE in November 2015 following an ACL, meniscus and PCL injury to his knee when he landed from the top rope during a match against Kane. Rollins was the WWE World Heavyweight Champion at the time and had to abdicate his title due to his injuries.

Rollins will be making his return this June 6, during the upcoming episode of "RAW" that will be held at the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City. He will be making his return debut with Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt. All three have also been absent due to a possible scheduled visit to have their faces and features scanned for the "WWE 2K17" video game.

According to Sports Keeda, it is likely they are returning at this point in time to take advantage of the steam coming from the recent return of John Cena. While this means Rollins may be gunning for the belt, it is also rumored that more attention will initially be given to Cena.

It is further speculated that Rollins may be picking up the story where it left off, indicating that he will be promoted to the public as a dangerous villain that is set to do whatever it takes to regain the title of World Heavyweight Champion. However, the belt has shifted hands since his departure and it will take time for Rollins to get another shot at the belt.

Rollins has reportedly begun training for his return at the WWE Performance Center, which is located in Orlando, Florida.
