Just when rumors about software giant Microsoft quitting on its well-received PC hybrid production broke out, General Manager for Surface, Brian Hall made a potent move to subtly debunk them all. Personally penning his rebuttal on the official Surface blog, his indication of a Surface Pro 3 descendant was not to be ignored.

"We are pleased to share that the following Surface Pro 3 accessories are designed with our product roadmap in mind and will be compatible with the next generation of the 'Pro' line of Surface," Hall stated via Breathcast.

This saves the trouble of purchasing new accessories for a new Microsoft Surface computer. The accessories Hall was pertaining to include the type cover keyboards, power, ethernet adapters, and a docking station accessory.
