After specs of the Sony Xperia Z5 were leaked out, rumors are spreading about the September release date of the smartphone this year.

According to the rumors, Sony could also be coming out with three devices before the year ends – the Xperia Z5, Xperia Z5 Ultra and the Xperia Z5 compact. The Xperia Z5 will most likely come out in Japan first as the Sony Xperia Z4 and will make its official debut at the 2015 IFA in Berlin.

Much can be found about the appearance of the Xperia Z5 on the web. But the information revolves mostly around concepts and the best bet is to wait for the official announcement from Sony itself.

Citing a previous post, rumored specs of the Sony Xperia Z5 include a 5-inch 4K display that could probably run on a 2GHz Octa-Core 64-bit Qualcomm processor, 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

But the main attraction for the Z5 will actually be its camera. Rumors suggest that it will come armed with a 30MP main camera while the front-facing camera will be a 10MP shooter. A 4,500 mAh battery will reportedly come with the device. Among the features it may most likely carry are a Fingerprint Sensor, Retina scanners and gravity sensors.

If the specs are true, that seems like a pretty impressive phone to look forward to, though it remains to be seen just how much the device would be offered for in the market.

Right now, the focus is on the just=released phones (Sony Xperia Z4/Z3+) whose prices may very well be the bottom-price of the upcoming device. Why the rush in release? Considering the pace of technology development, phones seem to grow obsolete pretty fast, particularly for those who are pretty much up-to-date with the latest devices available in the market.
