Duck Dynasty's Sadie Robertson has a heart of gold. When she found out that a fan's mother was fighting for her life in the hospital, she rallied the support of all her social media followers to conduct a prayer intervention.

In her Instagram account (@legitsadierob), she wrote, "I'm not sure who is behind the @sadiereactions account but she needs our prayers. Please pray for her & her family."

For someone so young, the teenager showed genuine compassion and insight in her Instagram post. "God is always here even when we walk through the shadow of death. We have all gone through hard times & it makes the hard times a whole lot easier with support, prayers, and just feeling loved. We are all in this world together, so let's be there for each other. Please join me in prayer for this family," she wrote.

Because of what Sadie did, a domino effect of kindness ensued and thousands of people prayed for someone they did not even know.

The person behind @sadiereactions received a lot of support and began updating people about her mother's status.

"Something happened during my moms surgery and they said that there's a slim chance that she'll make it. The doctors are trying to stabilize her right now so me and my dad can talk to her 1 last time," she wrote on her Instagram. "She needs a miracle. Please please keep praying."

After, she thanked people for praying for her mum as she gave another update. "The doctors say that her brain was damaged during the crash. She's being kept alive by machines. It's up to God now. I pray to God that she'll start to breathe on her own in the next couple of days. Thanks again for all the prayers and please continue to do so."

However, things took a turn for the worse when the fan's mother tragically passed away. "I don't know why God didn't save her. She was the nicest person I've ever met," she wrote.

People are still reaching out to the fan and are leaving encouraging words on her account. "Bless your heart! I am praying for you and your family. God has a plan even though it doesn't seem like it," one person said.

"Even though it's hard God has a plan for you and He loves you! Don't forget that," said another.
