A few months after her painful break-up from long-time boyfriend Blake Coward, "Duck Dynasty" star Sadie Robertson is saying she is now filled with "ultimate joy."

The "Live Original" teen explains that this is so not because she has found a new love but because she has stopped seeing herself "through the eyes of the world," thanks to a book called "Looking for Lovely" written by Annie Downs.

On her Instagram account (@legitsadierob), the reality star posted a photo of herself running along the beach. She then explained why the book made such a huge impact on her life.

"It challenged me to seek the beauty God has created around me, and within me. It showed me how even the tiniest things sometimes have the most beautiful messages," she wrote. "Now because of what God showed me through that book, I don't see myself as the world sees me. I don't even see the world! I used to see it."

One thing that people constantly ask Robertson is how she remains true to herself despite her fame. She shares that it's because she was made by God not to be worshipped, but to worship.

"I worship the God who made this creation we live in, and all the beauty in it. We are created to love people. How beautiful is that? We are made to LOVE. With my platform, I get to love so many people I wouldn't [have] met before. That is something to smile about!! That is how I have found the ultimate joy," she says.

Robertson will be hosting another Live Original Tour this year, which starts on Sept. 22 in Dallas, Texas and ends on Oct. 16 in Nashville, Tennessee. She will be accompanied by her brother John Luke and his wife Mary Kate, cousins Reed and Cole Robertson, Reed's fiancée Brighton Thompson, as well as "God's Not Dead" filmmaker Max Zoghbi and his wife Bonnie Kate.
