"Prison Break" season 5 will need fans to prepare tissues. According to the writers of the show, there will be emotional episodes on the show that will make viewers cry.

"Just between us, a couple of the assistants have already gotten a little teary over some of the scenes we've shot," the writers said when asked if "Prison Break" season 5 will be as emotional as season 4.

When asked which previous season "Prison Break" season 5 will most feel like, the writers said "It's going to be a lot more like season 1. For one thing, there's a prison."

Production for the upcoming "Prison Break" revival is still ongoing. Cast member Dominic Purcell, who sustained an injury after an iron bar fell on his head during filming, is back on set after very quick recovery.

In an interview with Deadline, the actor revealed that in "Prison Break" season 5, they will be dealing with ISIS and ISA and the story of how Michael (Wentworth Miller) turned out to be alive.

"He ended up working for this organization. It got to the point where he couldn't do it anymore, and they threw him in a jail in Yemen to change his mind. He didn't change his mind, they set him up," Purcell explained to Deadline.

Meanwhile, there's hope that since Paul Kellerman (Paul Adelstein) will be back for "Prison Break" season 5 , fans hope that Alexander Mahone (William Fichtner), who has been obsessed with putting him behind bars, will return as well.

At the moment though, Fichtner has been very busy with both television and movie projects (he was even promoted series regular for "Mom"), so his return might be a tall order for now.

As for Kellerman, it is expected that his fate in the elections held in season 4 will be revealed in "Prison Break" season 5.
