Premier Radio has announced that they will launch a new programme this month to investigate Christian ministry. The new programme will be with Dr Gordon Kuhrt and will be part of the Christian music station’s afternoon programme schedule, which is hosted by Rick Easter.

Kurht will comment on and discuss openly crucial issues for the contemporary Christian, based on his book, ‘Introduction to Christian Ministry’. Within this, he will bring out conversations on the ministry of the whole Church, women in leadership roles, as well as working together and how to handle failure.

Premier Radio’s Chief Executive, Peter Kerridge has said, "Dr Kuhrt’s series will provide a stimulating and thought provoking addition to Premier’s afternoon programming, offering a fresh view on numerous Christian issues."

Kuhrt has been involved in parish ministry for over 20 years, and is currently the Director of Ministry for the Church of England. In the past he has written, edited and contributed towards numerous books, including the popular publications of ‘Believing in Baptism’ and ‘Doctrine Matters’.

The UK’s leading Christian radio station, which is based in Westminster, has broadcasted a complete mix of speech-based Christian programming over the past 9 years. For more information regarding this new ministry series, or on Premier Radio please visit www.premier.org.uk.
