Oscars 2014 Results & Winners [Complete List]: 12 Years A Slave Wins Best Picture Academy Award

The winners and full results of the Oscars 2014 have been announced at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on Sunday, Mar. 2, 2014.

Year 2013 was a great year for movies, and "12 Years a Slave" took home the Oscar for Best Picture.

This year's Best Motion Pictures nominees were "12 Years a Slave", "The Wolf of Wall Street", "Captain Phillips", "Her", "American Hustle", "Gravity", "Dallas Buyers Club", "Nebraska", and "Philomena."

"Gravity," "The Wolf of Wall Street", "American Hustle" and "Captain Phillips" have all grossed over $100 million at the box office but the critically acclaimed "12 Years A Slave" received the big gong.

Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Lawrence, and Bradley Cooper were among the A-listers to present the golden statuettes.

Last year, Ben Affleck's "Argo" won Best Picture, beating nominees "Amour", "Beasts of the Southern Wild," "Django Unchained," "Les Miserables," "Life of Pi," and "Lincoln."

Matthew McConaughey won Best Actor and Cate Blanchett won Best Actress.

Lupita Nyong'o won Best Supporting Actress, with Jared Leto taking Best Supporting Actor.
