"Orange is the New Black" will be returning for its fourth season this year on Netflix and the show will be featuring new storylines while continuing to explore the lives of Piper (Taylor Schilling), Crazy Eyes (Uzo Aduba), Sophia (Laverne Cox) and the other Litchfield inmates.

In a recent interview with ABC Australia, Yael Stone, who plays Lorna Morello in the series, said that there are going to be some "big changes" for the inmates when the series returns.

"There's some big beautiful storylines and [show creator] Jenji [Kohan] is not afraid to write funny or write from the heart and she's certainly done that for this season," said Stone. "I think it'll be very powerful for people."

The fourth season will show the prison pushing all of the different groups together and unexpected alliances will come up between certain groups and characters.

Kohan was at the Television Critics Association winter press tour last month and revealed some choice spoilers for the upcoming season. In previous seasons, much of the episodes revolved around Piper, but for season 4, she will be taking a backseat as the series will focus on the backstories of the other characters.

Kohan said (via E! Online) that Piper is "on a journey" and is going through the "vicissitudes of likability," and it appears that the heroine will become someone who people will refuse to root for this season.

New cast member Blair Brown, who plays celebrity chef Judy King, will be back on the show for the fourth season and her arrival at Litchfield will cause waves. Back in the season 3 finale, Judy was sentenced to time at the women's prison. Her arrival will certainly be celebrated by Poussey (Samira Wiley), who is a fan of hers.

Brown told TV Guide that her character is "slightly appalling and very good and very cheerful and probably fairly amoral." The actress said that Judy will be interesting to watch as she is very different from the other inmates, and along the way Poussey becomes her greatest ally.

"Orange Is the New Black" premieres on June 17 on Netflix.
