People gathered from 12 different countries to take part in Operation Mobilisation's 'Lights of London' programme in December 2006.

At a time where the country's capital was decorated full of colourful lights for the Christmas season, OM teams gave testimony about the "Light of the World". Testifying Jesus Christ through book tables, Gospel literature, door to door visits, as well as many personal conversations, OM reported a successful campaign to end the year.

During the two week outreach more than 6,000 tracts, Bibles and books were distributed and the OM Turning Point team is now following up many new friends who are interested to learn more about Jesus.

Sido from OM Netherlands said, "We met a Kuwaiti man living in London, but who had been living in Holland for 10 years. We were able to show and tell him about the love of Jesus in Dutch. He seemed very open and interested, so we invited him to the Oasis International Church, but he did not come. I will continue praying for him, so that one day he will find his way to Oasis."

Rebekah from USA OM also testified: "At the book table, I talked to people who were from Ethiopia. They were so encouraged with the literature we gave them in their language. Many seeds were planted during this trip; I can not even count how many."

So Young from OM South Korea reflected: "I realised that God is concerned for these people. I saw people who really need and seek the Truth. When I started a conversation, I felt afraid. Despite my English, God led the conversations and opened their hearts. That is such an amazing experience and I could trust God more than before."
