The first season of the "One Punch Man" anime adaptation was a huge success and its followers are now looking forward to its second season.

The Bitbag previously reported that "One Man Punch" anime series creator Murata Yusuke has confirmed a second season. With regards to the time frame, it is speculated to be coming over by November or December this year. However, Yusuke didn't commit to any date because it is not an easy thing to do.

There are several rumors on who the villain in the next season will be. One likely candidate is Lord Boros, whom Saitama defeated in the first season. But due to the persistent attitude of Boros to successfully defeat Saitama, he is expected to be back in season 2.

Another rumor is that a villain named Garou will be the antagonist in season 2. If the anime will follow the manga, the next season will feature the Hero Hunter story arc, which will put Garou in the limelight against Saitama. Garou is Silver Fang's former disciple, who was already introduced in season 1.

Silver Fang or Bang is an S-Class Rank 3 hero and has taken Garou under his wings for guidance. Garou was able to learn his master's signature move called the "Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist" technique. However, Garou has the tendency to be out of control, that resulted in the diminishing number of his master's students. This prompted Silver Fang to expel Garou from his dojo.

Then, there is this good-looking villain named Kamen Amai Mask, a Class A Rank 1 hero who suddenly appeared after the fight between Lord Boros and Saitama. Many also believe that it will be Kamen who will be pitted next against the series' main protagonist.

There is, however, still no concrete plot on what will happen in season 2, but whomever Yusuke has chosen, fans will still be delighted.
