Miss Universe 2015: What you need to know about this year's competition

After the colorful parade of national costumes worn by the candidates in this year's Miss Universe beauty pageant, the girls will now be facing the final rounds of competition in Miami, Florida. 

The 63rd Annual Miss Universe Pageant will be held on Sunday, Jan. 25, live from the Florida International University Arena in Doral, Miami, Florida. It will be televised live on NBC but those who cannot watch the pageant at home or for those not living in the U.S. can tune into the Miss Universe online streaming site featuring the live feed telecast of the competition. Fans can also receive a blow by blow update of the events leading to the coronation of this year's Miss Universe via its official Facebook page and Twitter accounts, as well as see some of the pageant highlights on its YouTube account.  The event will be available to watch online on NBC.com

The pageant finale will be hosted by MSNBC anchor Thomas Roberts and Natalie Morales from Today's show. They will be joined by former Miss Universe third runner up Ariella Arida from the Philippines as the backstage host for the online streaming. 

The roster of judges this year is composed of popular celebrities like actor William Levy, shoe designer Kristin Cavallari, reality star Lisa Vanderpump, actor William Levy, fashion journalist Louise Roe, as well as top boxing champ Manny Pacquiao. They will be joined by Grammy Award-winning musician Emilio Estefan, Marie Claire magazine's Nina Garcia, and DeSean Jackson from the Washington Redskins. 

The contestants and the viewers will also be serenaded by Nick Jonas and Prince Royce during the pageant, while Gavin DeGraw will sing a couple of his hit songs, "Fire" and "Finest Hour," during the competition.

Before the competition, the 88 contestants from all over the world will undergo a final dress rehearsal on Sunday morning, where their supporters can have the chance to see them prepare for the competition finale. 

NBC announced the 63rd Annual Miss Universe Pageant will be airing live from the Florida International University Arena in Doral, Miami, Florida on Sunday, 8 p.m. ET on Jan. 25. Those who cannot watch it live can stay tuned to it via online streaming.
