"Married at First Sight" season 3 is finally here. The FYI reality show debuted on the 1st of December and there are already differing opinions online on which couple will make it.

David Norton, 29, was paired with Ashley Doherty, 30, and the groom immediately thought his bride was attractive. Unfortunately, the feeling was not mutual, as Doherty admitted that Norton wasn't her usual type.

But things eventually took a turn for the better. When their wedding guests clinked their glasses, Norton sensed his bride felt uncomfortable, so he instead kissed her hand.

"Maybe I was wrong about David," the bride said. "He kissed my hand, and that just blew me away. I didn't expect that, and I was pleasantly surprised. He's just been super considerate and such a gentleman."

But it seems that not everyone has the same view of Norton. Starcasm reports that there have been comments about David being a "pathological liar and con man." The rumor, however, has not been confirmed.

Meanwhile, Tres Russell, 27, and Vanessa Nelson, 27, seemed to hit it off a lot better. The pair looked genuinely happy together and was the only couple who shared a kiss at their wedding. Russell even got down on one knee at the altar to formally propose to Nelson.

Zap2it reckons that the couple has the best odds this season. Speaking to the publication about the ordeal, Nelson said, "[Tres and I] had an instant connection or spark. It was even better because our families hit it off as well."

Not every comment about the couple is positive, though. According to an anonymous commenter, Russell isn't very pleased about his bride's ethnicity because he "only dates white women," reports Starcasm.

Lastly, things were also looking good for Neil Bowlus, 31, and Samantha Role, 30, when the former won over the latter's family and friends. But things quickly turned sour when Bowlus introduced Role to an ex-girlfriend of his, which was not taken well by the bride.

"Inviting your ex-girlfriend to meet the women you are marrying as a stranger is [not] the brightest idea. Who does that?" Role pointed out.

Opinions on the couple's chances also differ as Zap2it muses they have the longest odds, while Starcasm disagrees based on comments made by people close to the pair. Role and Bowlus are both reportedly "kind and genuine," leading the publication to place its bet on them.

It is too early to tell which pair will defy the odds, but "Married at First Sight" season 3 definitely has more in store for both the couples and their fans.
