Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star Momma Dee thanks God, fans for prayers and support after crash

Deborah Gaither, more popularly known as Momma Dee from the VH1 reality show Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta is doing well following the car crash she was in on Thursday, and now the reality star is thanking God and all of her fans for supporting her throughout the ordeal.

She shared the message on her Twitter account (@TheRealMommaDee), saying: "I like (to) first thank God and thank everyone for the well wishes and prayers much love from the palace."

Momma Dee was on the way home from lunch when a Nissan car crashed into the Uber vehicle she was riding in. She was rushed to the hospital and she told TMZ while on the way there that she was suffering from "severe pain" and feared that the accident might have injured her back.

The reality star added that the driver of the Nissan vehicle left the scene before the police arrived, although he left his personal details.

Momma Dee  retweeted some well-wishes she received from fans. Carlton Morton said, "Glad you are well and safe. God is good" while Mandy Nicole tweeted, "Glad (you're) feeling better. Prayers for a speedy recovery."

Meanwhile, a Twitter user named Destineeeeee wrote, "Hey queen are you okay I heard about your accident! Tried to call but I dont have your number lol."
