'Longmire' season 4 cast, spoilers: Terry Camilier and J. Michael Trautmann added

Longmire season 4Netflix

There has been very little news surrounding "Longmire" season 4 and this is mostly because of the show's shift from A&E to Netflix. The latter is well known for keeping spoilers down to a minimum. However, it has been confirmed that actors J. Michael Trautmann and Terry Camilieri will be appearing in season 4.

Trautmann confirmed his participation in the series by posting his photo via Instagram. Captioned underneath are the words, "Early call today; I'm so tired... #Longmire."

Trautmann is no stranger to the show. He appeared in season 2 as Trey. He didn't have much of a role back then but it appears that he will be given more to do now that the focus of the series is inevitably changing.

Meanwhile, "Longmire" veteran Adam Bartley was the one responsible for announcing Camilieri's casting. Bartley posted a photo via Instagram with the words "The incredible Terry Camilieri in his #Longmire debut! Better known as Napoleon in Bill and Teds Excellent Adventure!!!" captioned at the bottom.

While Camilieri's role has not yet been divulged to the public, the photo posted on Instagram hints that he will share some scenes with Robert Taylor's Walt Longmire. Fans speculate that he may be another piece of the puzzle leading to the murder of Walt's wife or perhaps to another serious crime trail that the sheriff and his deputies will need to deal with.

Season 3 ended with a cliffhanger and fans have been waiting for some time for season 4 to arrive and answer the hanging questions. Was it Branch that shot the gun or did Barlow draw out his weapon in time? Who died at the end of season 3? Is Camilieri going to play a new deputy to take the place of Branch in case the latter indeed died?

No exact premiere date has been announced but actress Katee Sackhoff posted via Twitter that season 4 is most likely going to premiere this August or September with a total of 10 episodes.

While waiting for season 4 to arrive, fans can relive previous events that took place in the show by watching "Longmire" season 3 on Netflix.
