"Duck Dynasty" mum Korie Robertson revealed Monday that she was "shocked" her husband, Willie, allowed their 17-year-old daughter to compete on "Dancing with the Stars."

Korie admitted that she thought Willie would not go along with the idea, and was stunned when he told Sadie to make her own decision.

"When Sadie first asked me if she could do 'Dancing With the Stars,' I was a little bit unsure, because, you know, it's a little scary putting your daughter out there," Korie told US Weekly.

"I actually thought Willie would say no, so I told Sadie to ask her daddy. But Willie said, 'Well, you know, you're 17 years old, if that's something you want to do, go for it,'" Korie recounted. "I mean, my jaw dropped."

Sadie joined the ABC dancing competition in September, and has been one of this season's top contenders. Her family is her biggest supporter, and Willie admitted that he got emotional watching his daughter dance.

"The first week we were out to see her dance, she goes out there and just does such a great job," he said, beaming. "I definitely got overwhelmed there. There was a tear or two."

Sadie's great-uncle, Uncle Si, also commended the teen's dancing skills.

"Hats off to you, Miss Sadie," he said. "You've done a great job."

On Tuesday's "DWTS," Sadie and dance pro Mark Ballas received a 37 out of 40 for both their quickstep and Argentine tango to "plugged" and "unplugged" versions of Ariana Grande's "Problem."

Former "Cheech and Chong" star Tommy Chong and his partner, Peta Murgatroyd, were eliminated, and four couples remain in competition: YouTube star Bethany Mota, former "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" actor Alfonso Ribeiro, actress Janel Parrish, and Sadie Robertson.

Week 13 of "Dancing with the Stars" will air Monday at 8 p.m. on ABC.
