Because various religions and beliefs are practiced in America, Answers in Genesis founder Ken Ham says it's difficult for some Americans to get along and agree on things. Given this predicament, Ham asks: How can Christians share the Gospel and introduce Jesus to people of different faiths?

"Today, America is a melting pot of different religious beliefs from around the world. Among the more popular belief systems are Eastern religions," Ham writes on his blog. "Movies and TV shows seem to have helped popularise them to the point that their influence can clearly be seen in the thinking of many Americans."

Even though the belief and practices of Eastern religions such as Hinduism, the New Age movement, Buddhism, witchcraft, and voodooism have already made their mark on people, Ham believes there is still a way for Christians to win them over with Christ's teachings.

"We need to understand what they believe, why they believe it, and how to combat those beliefs with biblical truth and powerful answers," he says.

There are also "counterfeit" versions of Christianity, says Ham, and these are Mormonism, Islam, Deism, and more. Ham wants people to consult the new book "World Religions and Cults Volume 2" so they can understand the differences between Christianity and these other religions.

"It was written to help believers understand the differences between Christianity and these other religions and to clearly explain why these belief systems do not lead to salvation. It's an excellent resource for anyone who wants to reach out to followers of these religions with the Gospel of Jesus Christ," says Ham.

The Creationist adds that the book will make Christians be effective witnesses for Christ, even when they are presented with ideas that are so different from a biblical perspective. At the same time, readers will be taught how to refute Far East religions and proclaim the biblical standard.
