Baby Dilly is still clinging inside his famous mother's womb, but that's not stopping Jill Duggar-Dillard from making another good deed before the little one finally arrives.

The reality show star shared a photo of herself and husband Derick Dillard doing volunteer work at the Compassion Center in Arizona on March 28, four days after her due date has passed. The couple was seen hanging out at the thrift shop of a church while posing with two other women. They helped the thrift shop organizers sort and put the price tags on the items, as well as take care of the cash registers and take in donations.

But despite being a little bit late for her delivery, the "19 Kids and Counting" star seems to be not showing any signs of worry. During her recent interview with PEOPLE, Jill said that she already expected Baby Dilly to arrive a little bit later than expected. In fact, she set two due dates for herself: one was back on March 24, while the other one will be on April 5.

"I have told myself, 'First-time moms often go a week and a half over, so don't get discouraged,'" the soon-to-be first time mother stated. "When everyone else is asking you, 'When are you going to have that baby?' The baby will come when the baby comes."

Jill is also at ease with her late delivery schedule, since she has been helping other mothers deliver their babies for a long time while studying to become a midwife.

Meanwhile, Derick recently shared a joke in his Twitter account about the impending childbirth of his wife.

He said, "instagram My mom has said that once #babydilly is born, she will be an "insta-gram" lol. #Newgrandma..."

At the moment, the entire Duggar and Dillard clans are eagerly waiting for the arrival of Jill and Derick's baby boy, which could happen anytime soon.
