"19 Kids and Counting" star Jill Duggar recently exchanged vows with fiancé, now husband Derick Dillard on June 21. It was a very special moment for the Duggar family, and more so for the couple Jill and Derick.

The wedding took place at Cross Church in Springdale, Ark. With over 1,000 guests inside the church to witness the couple exchange vows... and to also witness their first kiss together.

It was always known how Jill and Derick strictly adhered to their religious beliefs. This meant no holding hands, no kissing or basically, no physical contact that can lead to intimacy. In fact, when Derick proposed to Jill, it was the first time he held her hand.

Jill and Derick's kiss in the altar was definitely their first as a couple, but you may be surprised to know that this is Jill's first kiss in her life, reports Hollywood Life. Jill had a post-wedding interview and was asked about their first kiss, Jill thought it was great and gave a more detailed answer too.

Jill shared to People (July 7 issue): "He's a great kisser. All his trumpet playing paid off."

Derick also shared, "I thought about it and decided to dip her," which Jill was thrilled about.

Jill and Derick talked about more wedding details with People. They shared how thrifty they were in their wedding planning and how inexpensive their wedding was. Their four-tiered vanilla buttercream and strawberry cake was baked by Amanda Capps, Jill's friend. The vintage pick-up truck the couple used to drive away after the wedding was decorated by their friends.

How were they able to set up 1,000 tables and chairs for the guests? The Duggar family was aided by volunteers in their locale.
