19 Kids and Counting's Jessa Duggar is really happy with the way things are going with her husband Ben Seewald, and she even revealed in an interview with Memphis FM 100 that they are now more intimate since they are "past the side hugs."

"We're definitely in love, and well on our way in this newlywed life," said Jessa, 22. "And we're just loving it."

The couple likes to keep things fun and exciting by doing a lot of activities they both enjoy, such as going to the gym. "Sometimes, it's really important for a couple to find what they like to do together," she said. "To find things we have in common. Working out is one of the things we love to do together. It's really awesome."

Jessa also tackled the downside of fame. While the Duggar family undoubtedly has a lot of fans, they also have a lot of bashers who link them to rumours and scandals. But the young newlywed chooses to maintain a positive attitude and not be affected by what other people have to say

"People are just making assumptions," Jessa said. "They don't really know us. And I don't let it affect me."

Jessa's older sister Jill is due to give birth anytime now, and everybody is eager to see Ben and Jessa follow suit and start their own family as well. But Jessa said that they "don't have any news to say yet."

"We're looking forward to kids and also adoption is something we're really praying about. You have to be married for two years before you can adopt," she shared.

Jessa is grateful that she will have Ben on her side should they become parents one day. She cannot help but gush about what an amazing husband Ben is, and she has no doubt that he will be an equally amazing father.

"I think that the man that I knew and fell in love with the past couple of years, he's definitely that good and he's better," she said. "I'm just in awe of how great of a man I've been blessed with."
