Jill Duggar from "19 Kids and Counting" has just shared an adorable photo of her husband Derick Dillard and their first born son Israel David having some "Bible time."

On her Instagram account (@jillmdillard), Jill shared the photo which showed Derick sitting on a couch with baby Israel lounging on his lap. Both of them are looking intently at a children's book and Derick appeared to be reading it. She captioned the photo: "#bibletime with papa@derickdillard #IsraelDavidDillard"

During Israel's dedication, his parents were challenged to raise their son to love Jesus, and Derick and Jill eagerly took it on. The two agreed that it's "awesome" being parents but they still feel pretty overwhelmed with the love they feel for Israel.

"It's so neat just to be a mom, and it's something that I've dreamed about—being parents together. It's amazing what a privilege it is to have this blessing, this little boy," said Jill earlier. "We're so grateful to God and we pray that we can raise him to be a man who loves God with all of his heart and love others with a servant's spirit."

When Israel David came into the world, Derick was struck by the depth of what his own mother Cathy Byrum told him about parenthood.

"One thing my mom told me that stuck with me right after Israel was born was, 'Now you can begin to imagine how much I love you.' And it really is indescribable," he said.

Whenever he looks at his new baby, all Derick can think about is how much he loves Israel and how he can't put into words just how blessed he feels to be a father.

"It just hurts my heart how much I love him. I just want the best for him and protect him, teach him, and raise him to be a Godly man," he said.
